What do we do in Bumblebee's Piano Lessons?

We explore music using an ever-broadening music library and instill a love of piano by finding the styles and songs that resonate with each musician.

We gameify learning and have fun wherever possible so we learn well and become musicians who love piano.

We encourage through gentle teaching, with collaborative learning and practice methods that focus time and effort to make piano rewarding.

We work from a growth mindset and celebrate all progress, cheering on students with feedback, prizes, and,
of course, stickers.

We recognise each student is a unique individual and this is their musical adventure; we skill-build according to their needs and to support their interests at their pace.

We develop a thorough foundation of skill & understanding, so students become independent,

Our kids have really loved their time with Bethany and learning to play the piano. Our daughter still practices every week as she finds it to be fun and relaxing. They both have a love and an appreciation for music and piano that Bethany helped to foster and we are so grateful for her dedication to teaching them and helping them learn and grow lesson by lesson.
